B. Sales and Marketing :
1. Develop good relation with Clients who are interested in reliable and ethical engineering practices.
2. Register in reliable B2B portals for visibility of our range of services and credentials in the internet.
3. Develop own website and include trustful data in it.
4. Against enquiries, try to offer optimised price, other terms and conditions based on the requirement of the Project concerned.
5. Provide full cooperation to the buyer during bid evaluation.
6. Not to influence in any manner the shortlisting and awarding of jobs in our favour. We prefer to get awarded on the basis of our credentials and quoted terms and conditions.
C. Project Execution (Design and Engineering) :
1. Maintain ethical engineering service as per good engineering practices, established scientific theories, national or International standards and text books.
2. Deliver quality to the best possible manner in our Design and Drawings.
3. Follow time tested established engineering practices to deliver design and drawings.
4. Follow uncompromising attitude towards any type of manipulative work.
5. Use of time tested proven software for design analysis and reports.
6. Reject 'copy and paste' kind of engineering.
7. Optimisation of resources and materials in our engineering deliverables.
8. To match with modern engineering trend, adoption of as much as possible engineering software in day to day engineering.
D. Health and Safety :
1. Present clean and safe working environment to the employees.
2. In case of pandemic / epidemic, apply necessary preventive means to avoid spread of the disease.
3. Encourage 'work from home' if travelling to office is unsafe during pandemic conditions.
4. 100% compliance to Govt advisory during pandemic condition.
5. Provide fire protection means within office space.
6. For engineers travelling to construction sites, provision of personal protective equipment like helmet, work boots and others as required.
7. For employees deputed at construction site, provide accidental & medical facilities to protect against injuries at site.
