Scope of Work :

We are providing the following services for preparation of Design & Drawing for Pile Foundation of all Types of 220KV Multi-Circuit Transmission Line Tower Structure (MB, MC & MD with upto 9m extension) from Medki to Chaliyama Steel plant of Rungta Mines Ltd. in Jharkhand :

a)     Sag & Tension calculation by PLS CADD for the transmission line route within Chaliyama steel plant boundary.

b)     Preparing staad model of all type of Towers indicated in 1.1.e below and applying all loads including conductor tension, wind load, dead load, live load etc. to obtain support reaction for foundation design.

c)     Cast in situ pile design and drawing.

d)     Pile block layout drawing for the following type of towers.

e)     GA & RC details and Design calculation of Pile foundation of following type of Towers :

1. 220kV M.C Tower type MB+9 (AP-2).
2. 220kV M.C Tower type MC+6 (AP-4,5).
3. 220kV M.C Tower type MC+9 (AP-3).
4. 220kV M.C Tower type MD+6 (AP-1).

f)    Overall BOQ of civil work for Pile foundation.
