2. Preparation of Technical specifications of all electromechanical works.

3. Issuiong the bids to different bidders and collection of offers.

4. Bid evaluation and recommendation reports.

5. Assistance for placement of orders on equipment suppliers.

6. Vendor drawings review and approval.

7. Detail engineering for Electrical, Civil, Architectural and Structural works of the 33/0.433kV substation.

8. Inspection of equipment at manufacturer's works.
