Scope of Work :

1. Visits to AFPL plant at the Design and Review stage to collect required information, finalise the power distribution scheme and to attend bid evaluation meetings with bidders.  

2. Review and finalization of the existing and new LT loads and finalization of the power distribution scheme for the Forge shop and finalization of the new Transformer rating.

3. Preparation of SLD of the modification of 33kV ICOG panel at Power receiving switch room.

4. Preparation of SLD of the 33/0.433kV LCSS-2.

5. Design calculations for Transformer sizing, Battery sizing, Battery charger sizing, DG sizing (if required), Capacitor panel sizing, Power cable sizing, Earthing, Lightning protection and Lighting system of LCSS-2.

6. Electrical layout drawings such as Equipment layout, cable trench and tray layout, earthing layout, lighting layout, lightning protection layout etc. for construction of the new LCSS.

7. Power and control cable schedule and interconnection diagrams.

8. Relay setting calculations.

9. Technical specification with data sheets for all new electro-mechanical equipment and materials.

10. Preparation of overall electro mechanical BOQ.

11. Architectural layout plan & elevation of LCSS-2 building.

12. Civil drawings and design calculation of LCSS-2 building and foundation / oil pit of the new transformer.

13. Technical specification of civil work.

14. Procurement assistance services by technical evaluation of offers of Electromechanical equipment of the LCSS.

15. Vendor drawings review and approval of Electromechanical equipment of the LCSS.

16. Inspection of FAT at manufacturer’s works (on per diem rate basis).

17. Supervision of erection, testing and commissioning of electrical works.

18. Supervision of civil construction work at site.
