Scope of Work for Project Management Consultancy :

1. Site visit, discussion and preparation of the basic SLD for the proposed 33kV ring main system and obtaining approval from NIT, RKL.

2. Planning of shut down coordination and alternative source of supply for conversion of existing 11kV ring main to 33kV.

3. Preparation of the Tender document for electrical, civil and structural works including technical specifications and drawings for turn key execution of the 33kV ring main system including substations.

4. Bid evaluations, Attending Bid review meetings and Submission of Techno-commercial recommendations.

5. Assistance in contract finalization and preparation of the contract document (with necessary changes in the technical specifications).

6. Preparation of Detail engineering drawings and documents (electrical, civil and structural) on the basis of following information from Contractor :

• Equipment GA, data sheet, foundation plan & schematic drawings.
• Geotechnical investigation report to obtain soil bearing capacity and soil Resistivity value.

7. Review of vendor drawings, obtaining clarifications and approval.

8. Inspection of major equipment at manufacturer’s works prior to dispatch.

9. Supervision of supply, erection, testing and commissioning and bill certification.
